If your firm has determined it wants to limit users from marking requests as urgent, you can now turn off this feature on a firm-wide basis.
1. Click the person-shaped icon and select Organization Information.
2. Scroll to Request Settings and click the pencil icon.
3. Uncheck the Enable Urgent Request Add-on button. Click Save.
Great job! You can now disable urgent requests for your firm.
