1. Click Action Items in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click the Witness button beside one of your requests.
3. Click Continue.
4. Scroll down the authorization and click Sign.
5. Click on your signature to see the options to Change your signature or clear it from the line.
6. If you decide to change your signature select add to create a new signature.
7. Edit your name, initials, and signature. Then click Adopt and Sign.
8. Click Replace.
Please note that clicking Replace will delete your previous signature and it will not be available to use again.
9. Your new signature will be applied to the authorization.
