The Dashboard has been updated to allow users to customize which requests they see on their Dashboard.
Each user's Filters settings are saved once they have been applied. You can change the Filters at any time or remove them completely to see the full list of your firm's requests.
The filter options available include:
- Request Date
- Date of Last Action
- Group
- Status
- Assigned to Staff
- Client Name
- Client File Number
- Provider
Depending on how you use the Filters, you can organize your Dashboard to only show your requests, requests that have been fulfilled, requests placed during a certain period, requests for a certain client, requests to a certain provider, and more. The options are quite extensive and they depend all on how you choose to organize your work.
Below are examples of how to set your Filters for specific situations. Please note that each example builds off of the previous one, meaning you will need to add each filter to have the final result of seeing your own specific status requests for a specified period.
How to View Only Your Requests
- Click Filters
- Click Assigned to Staff
- Click Filter Assigned to Staff to select your name from the drop down list
- Click Apply
How to View Your Requests for a Specific Date Range
- Click Filters
- Click Request Date
- Select your Start and End Dates
- Click Apply
How to View Your Requests With a Certain Status for a Specific Date Range
- Click Filters
- Click Status
- Click Filter Status
- Select the desired Status(es): New, Cancelled, No Records Found, Completed, Fee Refused, Pending User Review, & Awaiting Records
- Click Apply
How to View Requests that Have Been Fulfilled Within a Specific Date Range (previous example settings should not be set)
- Click Filters
- Click Status
- Click Filter Status and select Completed and No Records Found
- Click Add Filter and select Date of Last Action (meaning the last day the request was touched by our staff)
- Select your Start and End Dates
- Click Apply
