1. To cancel an already submitted request , navigate to the Request Details page by searching the request ID on the search bar. 

2. Once you are on the Request Details page, go to "Options" located on the top right, and select "Cancel Request." 


3. Next, select which product(s) you would like to cancel, followed by a reason for cancelation. Then enter "Submit."


4. Once the cancelation is verified by Medchart , your request will be officially cancelled. 



5. If you would like to cancel the other products on a later day (such as billing or imaging)- you can go ahead and follow the same steps. 


If your request continues to be available in ‘Your Action’ items, and the status states In Cart, you are able to delete the request directly from Action Items. Check out this article on How you can do so.
