1. Hover your cursor over the left-hand side menu and click “Configurations”.
2. Select the "Attention Items" tab on the configurations page.
3. You will be started with a few default records on account creation. To remove any of these default selections simply uncheck the item and click "Save Changes"
4. To add a new record simply click the "+ Add another type of Record" button and type in the record you would like to add.
5. Click "Saves Changes" once all of your desired options have been added.
PLEASE ENSURE: To always click "Saves Changes" after completing your changes to save any added or removed record options.
