Are you replacing or resetting your smart phone? Before you reset or replace follow these steps if you use the Authenticator application for the 2-factor authentication to avoid issues after reset or replacement.

 

Log into your accounts and disable 2FA before you reset/wipe your phone:

  1. Freshdesk

log into Freshworks and click on Edit Profile

Click on Security tab and click on disable to disable 2FA

  1. Log in to MedChart (Windows) account: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/proofup.aspx?proofup=1

 

Click on delete besides your phone name:

  1. Stafftools :

Log in and click on your name.

Click on Two -factor authentication, then reset authentication app.

Click on Reset authenticator key.

When you have the new phone, go through the same steps to set up the new phone for two-factor authentication.
