1. Sign into your MedChart account. The Sign In button is in the top right-hand corner of the web page.
2. Enter the email address you used to register your account and your password. Then click the purple Log In button.
3. Click on your name to switch to your dependent's account.
4. You'll see a drop-down list of your dependents. Click on the name of the profile you need to edit.
Congratulations! You have successfully switched to your dependent's account!
Please note that you can use the same process to switch back to your account.
