1. Sign into your MedChart account. The Sign In button is in the top right-hand corner of the web page.
2. Enter the email address you used to register your account and your password. Then click the purple Log In button.
3. Click on your name to switch to your dependent's account.
4. You'll see a drop-down list of your dependents. Click on the name of the profile you need to edit.
5. Click on My Profile, which can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
6. Click on the Pencil icon beside Personal Information.
7. Update, correct, or add information to their profile by typing in the text fields provided. Click Save when you are done.
Congratulations! You have updated your dependent's personal information!
