1. Sign into your MedChart account.
The Sign In button is in the top right-hand corner of the web page.
2. Enter the email address you used to register your account and your password. Then click the purple Log In button.
3. Click on the My Profile tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the web page.
4. Click on the pencil icon beside Personal Information.
4. Update, correct, or add information to your profile by typing in the text fields provided. Click Save when you are done.
Congratulations! You have successfully finished editing your personal information.
