Option 1: Request ID # is Known
1. Enter the request ID number in the search bar and then click on your request.
2. Scroll down to the Tracker to see the steps taken to procure your requested records. You will also find provider communication (faxes, emails, and scanned mail) attached here.
Option 2: Request ID # is Not Known
1. Click on the Clients tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Find your Client in the Clients List and go to their profile.
3. If you look at the Requests section, you can check the Status of all your Client's requests. To see the detailed Request Tracking notes, click the Action button for your desired request.
4. Scroll down to the Tracker to see the steps taken to procure your requested records. You will also find provider communication (faxes, emails, and scanned mail) attached here.
