If you would like to download all records received at once even though they were uploaded in separate batches you can do so by following the steps below;

1. Search for the Request ID # or client name in the search bar and select the correct client name or the request ID #

2. Scroll down on the Record Request page once loaded to the Records Section. Select Download All to receive all records bundled via an email with a download link

3. Select Download on the popup that appears, then Close to confirm that you would like a download link for all the records bundled sent to your email.

4. The download link will be emailed to you. The larger the file sizes, the longer it will take for this link to be sent, it can take up to 3 hours.
