Unfortunately certain Providers cannot be rushed or followed up on in an urgent manner. These types of requests follow a strict follow-up schedule as per the providers' own stipulations, so we do not allow them to be made urgent.
Below is a list of Providers that we don't allow urgent requests to go to;
OHIP
BC Ministry
Select hospitals and clinics may also have the urgent option disabled.
