You may come across an instance where you need to update the client's DOB if it was inputted incorrectly. Please note: you can only make edits to clients that you are assigned to.



1. Search for you client's profile on the search bar to be navigated to their profile. Alternatively, you can search your client in the "Clients" tab on the left hand side of your portal. 


2. Under Client Information section click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen to edit/change client information.

3. Select the DOB text box. This will open a calendar from which you can select the correct month, day, and year. 



5. Once the correct DOB has been selected, click Save changes. The client's DOB will now be updated and saved under the client's information.
