Use the left-hand navigation menu, click "Configurations".
Click "Reports".

Click "Configure Custom Templates" to create a report template.

In the pop-up overlay, enter a template name.
Choose "Comma" under "Field delimiter".
Choose "New Line" under "New entry delimiter".

Click "Add field" and select the fields you would like to include in your report.
Click "Add Template".

Generate a Report
Choose a date range for your report.
Choose a template from the dropdown.
Click "Generate Report" to generate your report.

Clicking "Generate Report" will automatically generate and download a report in a CSV format, with the fields you have chosen.
